• The Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved the opening of Indian missions in Estonia, Paraguay and Dominican Republic.

About Paraguay:

• Paraguay is a country in South America.
• It is bordered by Argentina to the south and southwest, Brazil to the east and northeast, and Bolivia to the northwest.
• Paraguay is divided by the Paraguay river into two well differentiated geographic regions. The eastern region consists mostly of grassy plains and wooded hills and the western region having mostly low, marshy plains
• Paraguay is a founding member of Mercosur, the United Nations, the Organization of American States, the Non-Aligned Movement and the Lima Group.
• Paraguay is a fast growing developing economy and notably all of Paraguay's electricity is generated by hydropower, thus making it one of the cleanest in the world.
• Paraguay and Parana are the main rivers passing through the country.
